Check out the quality of our installations.

Notice this superb commercial install of a duplex 10 cubic foot system. The system is correctly balanced on 2" copper lines and the single electronic controller advises the building maintainance personel of the amount of flow thru each unit, the average flow over the last 7 days and many other valuable bits of usage information.

The single (black) brine tank has no pre make up brine in it and because an Eco unit knows how much bed has been depleted - the controller decides at the last moment before regeneration how much brine will be required to complete a good regeneration. After the brine is made up the controller flows the brine to the bottom of the mineral tank (counter current flow) and regenerates only the portion of the bed that has been exhausted (in other words it floated the contaminates out of the vessel the same way they got in.)

Another premium installation of an Iron filter (with air pump for oxidization), an electronic 3500 R30 water softerner and an ERO 375 HERO. The pure water drinking system feeds pure water to the kitchen sink, the refrigerator (for chilled water and ice cubes) and to the family room bar and entertainment centre. The R.O. HERO (wireless) feeds information to a remote info centre to advise the customer of the purity of their water, water used to day and when to change the filter (which the customer can do without shutting the water off or using any tools). It's just a quarter turn of the wrist and the job is done.

A duplex (320,000 grain capacity each) electronic system is in a very tight spot. Take notice that even with space at a premium we were able to keep the 2" copper lines balanced so that equal amounts of water get procesed thru eahc unit.

The raw water comes in on the left  so the unit on the left gets raw water first but is the last water to leave the duplex duplex system. The unit on the right releases softened water back into the buildings water works system first. The water meter (hall turbine style) on the outlet side sends information continually back to the electronic contoller to be made available to building personnel.

A standard residential install with the lawn service taken off before the softener with its winter shut off and drain in place. Just above the lawn service a hard water service is taken off for the fridge and kitchen cold. So all the water in this home is softened except for the kitchen cold. Notice the use of standard and street 45 fittings to keep the water lines from touching or the bending of the pipes. A standard quality job for the discriminating home owner.

This duplex system provides soft water 24 hours a day to a agricultural wash bay shop. If unit #1 requires regeneration, it gets its water from unit #2 to complete it's regeneration with soft water. When unit #2 needs regeneration, it gets total soft water from #1. The electronic controller tracks water usage and is always changing the amount of make-up brine required. Since all EcoWater units regenerate from the bottom up (counter current flow), the bottom of the mineral tank never gets dirty and require  re-cleaning.

The Reverse Osmosis unit gets soft water from the duplex softeners. The product water (Pure Water) is stored in the top (350 gallon) storage tank and provides spot FREE  rinse water to the wash bay. This entry level system makes 375-400 gallons per day depending on the temperature of the water.

The bottom tank collects the R.O. reject water (which is soft but has higher T.D.S. than the rinse water) and is used for the pre-washing of equipment and other miscellaneous wash jobs.
